GC Racing - an exciting new service

Published: 08/05/2022

Six profitable months of out seven, and ahead in the eighth. 41 points up overall. 35% strike-rate. What’s not to like about GC-Racing? If the bald facts are anything to go by, then the answer is nothing. Let’s take a closer look.

Joining Toptipsters towards the end of October, GC-Racing took a couple of weeks to find their footing, but winners on the last two days of the month were encouraging, and helped reduce the loss to just 3.5 points.

Twenty-three winners in November earned GC a first monthly profit – 10.2 points. That was followed by a modest 0.76-point return in December, but New Year’s Day was celebrated with a 29/1 treble and from that point on, the winners just kept on coming. When January drew to a close the tally was 34 with 6/1 Exceling (Kempton Park, 12 January) and 5/1 Cormier (Cheltenham, 29 January) catching the eye. A 41% strike-rate, a 44.91-point profit and a 27% return on investment. Looking good.

But then a fall. Just eight winners during the first sixteen days of February meant that all January’s profit had gone along with some of the November bank, too. Results started to pick up from 17 February, and the month’s last 23 selections contained ten winners. The month’s loss was nearly 35-points, but that was a lot better than looked likely a fortnight earlier.

March resulted in a small profit of 1.98 points, although the month’s strike-rate was five points lower than the previous (losing) month.

On to April, often a testing month as the jumps season comes to a conclusion and the Flat steps up a gear. GC passed this test impressively, recording a profit of 42.32 points with 100 selections producing 34 winners spread fairly evenly between Flat, jumps and all-weather.

And May has started with a flourish. After seven days racing, the profit stands at 41.12 points and the return on investment is a mighty 53%. Seventeen winners so far (36.96 %) with prices up to 13/2 (also a 33/1 second, advised each-way).

It might be significant that the average daily number of bets has jumped this month to an average of 6.5 from around 3. Is this a sign of growing confidence?

There’s no doubt that GC Racing is an exciting new service, which offers plenty of betting options.
